Our office will be happy to file your insurance for you. At your first visit with our office, please provide any orthodontic insurance information. However, if you have any changes to your insurance during treatment, it is your responsibility to provide that information to the office as soon as possible. Ultimately, the total payment of your entire account is your responsibility.
