When appointments are scheduled for treatment, financial arrangements will be fully discussed with you so that you, as the patient, understand the financial commitment for the value of the treatment that you will receive. Ashcraft Orthodontics does expect patients to pay their portion at the time of the service, including co-pays and deductibles.

To achieve your treatment, you can take advantage of financial programs that we offer, such as CareCredit. The application process can be done on your phone using the QR code on your treatment estimate or posted in the office. If you would like to pre-apply, please text us at (501) 225-3964, and request your own QR code at any time. Ashcraft Orthodontics requires payment arrangements to be made prior to initiating treatment.
For your convenience, you can set up an auto-draft in the office with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or Flex Benefits/HSA cards. If you do not have any of these cards, we can accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and/or cash. If you prefer to pay with any of these options, please let us know when signing your contract.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a billing statement every month when your account holds a balance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please contact your insurance, if your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time frame. Although you may have made payments during your treatment, any remaining balance after your insurance benefit becomes your responsibility.
